No she is not.. But it is sad that some people are so pathetic that they would try to destroy a family classic just to make one of the characters in it reflect their views. It is a reflection of the times. They cannot make their own great family classics so they want to destroy everyone else's.

Obvious the owners of the franchise were running around like headless
chickens screaming "We must appease the Politically Correct. Which
character can we make gay?" No doubt next month they'll also announce
that Fred is actually black and Shaggy is disabled. :-\
