Which "Peanuts" strip do you think is the funniest?

The first one I think of is the one where Charlie Brown announces he's
going to rub some neat's-foot oil on his glove and put it away for the
winter. Sally is in the room, but is watching TV and not really paying
attention. Linus walks in and asks where CB is. Sally says she thinks he
went outside because he said something about how neat it was to wear
gloves on your feet in the winter.

Linus' philosophy always gets to me.

My fave: Snoopy takes a sip of Lucy's unattended soft drink (but Charlie
Brown sees it happen) and then the blissfully unaware Lucy wonders why
Charlie Brown is making strange faces at her.

My favourite is the one of 24th October 1999. The last of the Lucy
pulling away the football gags. In this one, she has to go in for lunch
and asks Rerun to take over. After the "deed", Rerun refuses to divulge
if he has pulled away the football from Charlie Brown, to Lucy's utter
frustration.

I didn't remember that strip. so it is entirely possible that CB actually
got to kick the football, albeit with Rerun as the substitute holder. very
cool!

I think the one with Linus sleeping on top of Snoopy's doghouse was my
favorite.

There are so many that make me laugh every time I remember them. The one picture that jumped into my mind when I read this was Woodstock trying to lift Linus by the hair to see if he (Woodstock) might be an eagle. Linus has such funny hair, and his expression is wonderful.

When Linus and Lucy moved away, and Linus gave his blanket to Charlie Brown, who immediately started sucking his thumb and holding it correctly.....later in that arc, he still struck the pose...Schroeder seeing Lucy's face in the music notation above him, and saying, "Don't tell me I've grown accustomed to THAT face."

The memories go on forever.

My favorite aside from the glove one is the one where Snippy builds a snowman and then cries as it melts. Linus comments on how sensitive Snoopy is and Charlie Brown replies that he was not too sensitive to eat the carrot. Hilarious!
